He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winston and Jacqueline Francoise McNeill (Laurain); and his brother Patrick James McNeill. He is survived by: his spouse Pauli A. McNeill (Brunner); his sister Kelly Jo Lied of Lititz; his children, Bobbi Jo (Alvin Nolt) of Narvon, Daniella McNeill of Hungary and William Patrick McNeill of Hungary; his stepson Austin Busser; his close friends, Tonya Konachik, Chase Busser and Crystal Smith of Ephrata; his grandchildren, Randi (Bryan Kelley), Torri Nolt and Carson Nolt; his stepgrandsons, Ethan and Maxwell Busser; his great grandchildren, Landon and Luke; his niece Tabitha Ream; his close friend Kyle Shenigo; and his great-nieces, Mariah and Lilli.
