He was predeceased by: his father Fred Cook. He is survived by: his mother Jodi Craft (Teralynn) of New Brighton; his children, Katherine Shutack, Mary Jane Craft and Shane Craft Jr.; and his brothers, Fred Cook, Charlie Cook, Jack Patterson, Richard Craft and Mark Craft.
