He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joseph Samek and Nicole Sallmen; his sister-in-law Shirley Murphy; his great grandchildren, Gorjalyn Sallmen, Richard Sallmen, Jacob Elder and Nicoli Kamzelski; and his close friend Diana Reed. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
