He was predeceased by: his parents, Berton McPherson and Lula McPherson (Hougue); and his siblings, Burton "Mitch" McPherson, Dennis McPherson, Sandy Mayle and Carol Jodikinos.

He is survived by: his wife Linda McPherson; his children, Gerald McPherson, Linda Hall, William McPherson, Kelly Klaus McPherson and Frank L. McPherson, Jr.; and his sister Lola Kugel. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Frank's name to Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #862 P.O. Box 26, Rochester, PA 15074.
