She is survived by: her husband Martin C. Lample; her sons, Joshua Lample (Delia) of New Middletown, OH and Justin Lample of Pulaski; her grandsons, Jacob of New Middletown, OH and Caleb Lample of New Middletown, OH; and her siblings, Denise Street of Ellwood City, Dale Vandevort (Maureen) of Harmony, PA, Dallas Vandevort (Debbie) and Dean Vandevort (Shannon) of Ellwood City, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
