He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hilton Shrecengost and Caroline J. Balio (Gould); and his siblings, Tim Balio (Rose) of Missouri, Larry Balio (Thanyakarn) of North Carolina, Brenda Matthews (James) of East Palestine and Jackie Knight (Danny) of East Palestine. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
