He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Barth and Edna Barth (Calvin). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Barth (Snyder); his sons, Brian Barth (Tonya) of Enon Valley, Daniel Barth (Jill) of Enon Valley and Scott Barth (Michelle) of Enon Valley; and his siblings, James Barth (Judy) of Tennessee, Kenneth Barth (Virginia) of New Middletown, Ohio, Mary Lenhart of California and Carol Hitchcock (Bruce) of California. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Poland Village Baptist Church.
