He was predeceased by: his parents, Clairmont Milbrand and Vilma Milbrand (Ciotti); and his brother William Milbrand. He is survived by: his wife Patsy K. Milbrand (Brogan); his children, Shelly Kay Milbrand-Smith (Travis) and Bradley Van Milbrand (Kendra Forsythe); his grandchildren, Savhanna, Tristan Paul, Riley, Makenna Milbrand, Rachel, Rebecca, Riva and Raven Smith; and his siblings, Gary L. Milbrand and Paula Moyer (Milbrand).
