He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Miller); his sons, Nicklaus Daise (Abigail) of West Chester and Andrew Daise (Megan) of Severna Park, MD; his sisters, Carla J. Miller (Gary) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Sue A. Allen (David) of Bloomsburg; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Isaac, Noah, Anna and Landon.
