She is survived by: her husband Donald Welsh Sr.; and her children, Heather Welsh (Justin Otstott), Rebecca Welsh, Rosetta Welsh (James Sheppard), Theresa Arthur (Dylan Perry), Jessica Welsh (Ryan Bucher), Jesse Herman Welsh (Hannah Lehman), Robert Welsh and Daniel Welsh. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
