He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Foy Ballard and Lois Ballard (Sherrod); and his daughter-in-law Heather Ballard (Gladys Ballard). He is survived by: his son Robert "Rob" Ballard; his granddaughter Zoey Lesher; his stepchildren, Garry Cyr, Raymond Cyr, Debbie Oakley, Thresa Cyr, Renee Ketchum and Cindy Cyr-Bishop; and his sisters, Charlotte Laircey and Angie Brannen.
