He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hallman (John), Jody Wheeler (Phil), Robert Ringler Jr. (Donna) and Kelly; and his siblings, Jim and Lee. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
