He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kramer and Ellen Kramer (Kraft). He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Dolly); his children, Teresa L. Hazzard, Nanette S. Keys (Timothy), Elaine K. Ragley (David), Scott A. Kramer (Rose) and David E. Kramer; his grandchildren, Allison, Andrew, Colby, Nicholas, Zachary, Olivia, Landon, Keegan, Michael, Tracey and Michelle; his great grandchildren, Gage, Owen, Taryn, Andre, Lily, Skylynn, Donivan, Deangelo, Damion, Domonic, Raenn, Mikayla, Bryanna, Miranda, Brandon and Brittney; and his great great grandchildren, Emma and Zander.
