He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Parr and Alma I Parr (Ports) of Hanover, PA.. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Christian Parr of Panama and Matthew Roy Parr of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Sara; and his stepchildren, Benjamin Gouse of Oregon, Christopher Gouse, Gary Gouse and Susan Gouse of Central Pennsylvania.
