With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard L. Padfield in Enola, Pennsylvania, born in Canton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Padfield and Kitty Padfield; his sister Patricia Rodriquez; his siblings-in-law, Susan Padfield and Wayne Smith; his grandson Clay Durham IV; and his great grandchild Avery Sampson.

He is survived by: his family, Moscow and Gayle; his wife Gayle; his grandchildren, Carter Throop and Kathryn Durham; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Timmy; his brother Jim Padfield of Succasunna, NJ; his sisters-in-law, Kathie Smith and Ellie Kish; and his friends, Donny Strackbein and Scott Slater. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
