He is survived by: his wife Carol Ellen Troy; his children, Timothy William Troy of Frederick and Shannon (James Ervin) of Eagle River, Alaska; his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Rhiannon, Rhema and Ronan Ervin; his brother Jack Troy of Huntingdon, PA; and his nephew Gavin Troy of Tucson, Arizona..
