He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Henry Arter, Sr. and Grace Hibbs Arter; his wife Virginia Arter; his former wife Kathleen Miller Arter; his son Michael Arter (Cory Arter) of Lakeville, Massachusetts.; his sister Audrey; his grandchildren, Patrick Henry Arter, III of Lakeville, Benjamin Arter of Lakeville and Taylor Kinzler of Lakeville; and his brother Harvey Arter of Media, PA. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
