It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Mary Swanger of Enola, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Giovanni Fantine; her brother Joseph Fantine; and her former husband Donald L. Hazzard, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Louise Fantine (Notarangelo); her husband Wayne Swanger; her children, William "Bill" Hazzard of Harrisburg, Mary Hazzard (William "Bill" Jones) of Slatington, Donald "Don" Hazzard, Jr. (Mary Ann) of Shermans Dale, Barbara "Barb" Hazzard (Kim Bricker) of Shermans Dale, Wayne "Herm" Swanger (Mary) of Clarion, Darlene Schwartz of York and Teresa Nolt (Jeffrey "Jeff") of Coudersport; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hazzard, Jordan Hazzard, Neal Swanger, Michael Nolt, Luke Swanger, Tricia Stump, Vivian "Kathy" Chataginer and Rebekah Nolt; her great grandchildren, Jack Chataginer, Emile Swanger, Lydia Stump, Elizabeth "Ellie" Stump, Grace Chataginer, Gabriella Chataginer and Emma Chataginer; and her sister Jennie Englebright of Marysville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
