He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Lowe (Watts); and his brother Joey R. Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Kathy R. Lowe; his son Brian K. Guistwhite (Kelly); his grandson Alex of Newberrytown, PA; and his siblings, James A. Lowe (Ruby) of Chambersburg, PA, Susan K. Johnson of Harrisburg, PA and Donald C. Lowe (Linda) of Halifax, PA. He is also survived by 2 nephews, and 1 niece.
