He is survived by: his parents, George and Sherri Smart (McPherson); his brother Chad Smart; his grandparents, George, Dorothy Smart and Ann Zeiss; and his aunts and uncles, Todd Smart (Melissa), Scott Smart (Penny), Debbie Kipe (Randy), Alan McPherson (Marcy), Karen Semelsberger (Hans), Kerry Smith (Darin) and Kathy Natale (John).
