He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Fullom and Ethel Daily Fullom; and his siblings, Gerald Fullom and Lorraine Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Fullom (Tolan); his children, Clifford (Christine) of Franklin, NC, Curtis (Sheri) of Punta Gorda, FL and Elizabeth Byrom (Terry) of Enola; his grandchildren, April Lambatos (Anthony), Sandy Goldstein, Olivia Fullom and Curtis Fullom (Rachel); and his brother Ronald Fullom (Barbara) of Lima, OH. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
