He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Waggoner and Martha Waggoner (Vogelsong). He is survived by: his wife Helen Waggoner (Noss); his children, Marla Hocker (Carl), Elaine Wilt, Ronda Middlekauff (Tim) and Bret Waggoner (Anne); and his siblings, Dale Waggoner and Aldeana Auker. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
