She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos O. Pugh and Pauline R. Johnson Pugh. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Crouse; her daughters, Beth Ann Wiley (Paul G.), Jill Marie James (Edward L.) and Camp Hill; her grandchildren, Katherine D. Wiley of Camp Hill, Jacob K. Wiley of Camp Hill, Evan R. James of Camp Hill and Drue E. James of Camp Hill; and her siblings, Jerry A. Pugh (Scarlett) and Paula M. Milliken (Charles C.). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
