He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph E. Rhoades and Pauline B. Rhoades; his wife Mary J. Rhoades; and his children, Sherry L. Boudreau (Jason), Mary C. Freeland (Shane) and Joseph E. Rhoades IV. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
