She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Miller and Norma Miller of Enola, PA.. She is survived by: her husband Harold Wiley, Jr.; her stepdaughter Kelsi Graff (Buck); her sons, Oliver and Garrett; her brother Donald Miller; her nieces, Joy Johnson and Missy Frick; her stepsister Barbara McCormick-Mejias (Ray); her aunt Shirley Dolson of St Petersburg, FL; and also Jerry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Joanne's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
