He was predeceased by: his wife Kimberly A. Bell (Noll); his sister Staci Bell; and his son Christopher Stout. He is survived by: his parents, James M. Bell and Goldie Flores; his brother David Bell of Duncannon; his children, Joshua J. Bell of Lemoyne, Nathan M. Bell of Enola and Jennifer Freet of Halifax; his grandson Easton M. Bell; and his niece Nicole A. Bornman of Enola. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
