He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. and Anna M. Rhine; and his siblings, Jean Rupley and George. He is survived by: his wife Emma Rodgers Rhine; his daughters, Kathy Martini (Bill) and Kim Kelly (Len); his grandchildren, Douglass Kelly (Erika), Ryan Kelly and Michael Martini; his great grandchildren, Kiera Kelly and Laila Kelly; his sister Mary; and his grandson Lenny Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
