He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Benoist and Rachel Benoist; and his grandson Daniel Benoist. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Ken (Lisa) of Mechanicsburg and Susan Benoist Crossland (Dale) of Enola; his grandsons, Steven Crossland and David Benoist (Regina); and his great grandchildren, Zach, Anberlin Benoist and Malinda (Lloyd Stuart) of Dawsonville, GA..
