It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Holly (Eckrod) Mora of Enola, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 76, on December 6, 2024. Though Holly may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Holly touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Eckrod and Hollis Eckrod. She is survived by: her husband Edwin Mora; her son Tim Loutzenhiser (Diana); her grandson Benjamin; and her stepdaughters, Derinda Mora, Pamela Mora, Patricia Mora and Brooke Lorwey-Mora. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Miss Holly's contributions to arts education in Pennsylvania have been recognized by The Pennsylvania Alliance for Arts Education and by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and Department of Education.
