She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stewart and Olive Stewart (Diehl); her husband Harry Poff Jr.; her sister Naomi Stewart Peace; her sister-in-law Joyce Stewart; her niece Sharon Poff Sullivan; her nephew Richard Lee Poff; and her son-in-law Robert Sullivan.
She is survived by: her brothers, Frank Stewart (Jeanette) and Eugene; her sons, Kenneth L. Poff (Patricia) of Enola, Harry Lee Poff III and Ronald Lee Poff of New Cumberland; her daughter-in-law LeAnne Poff of Enola; and her grandchildren, Donald Sullivan, Michele, Sullivan Beachell, Harry Lee Poff IV, Jennifer Poff Eldeen, Jill Poff Ebert, Bryan, Kenneth Poff, Christina Poff Wiley, Marie Sullivan Lehman, Mandy Sullivan, Dustin Carl Poff, Juliet Poff Greiser, Guiana Poff Meckley, Sean Tyler Poff and Richard Lee Poff II. She is also survived by her 25 great- grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers Hazel has requested that donations be made to her church Emmanual United Methodist Church in Enola.
