He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Kramer and Georgianna Kramer; and his wives, Janet Henry Kramer and Brenda Pickett Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Thomas (Kramer) and Steven Kramer of Mechanicsburg; and his stepdaughter Vicki Groves of New Cumberland. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren.
