He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Smart; his sons, George Jr. (Sherri), Todd (Melissa) and Scott (Penny); his grandchildren, Chad Smart, Jamie Alford, Ellen Shelly, Olivia Smart, Ray Smart and Calli Smart; his great grandchild Parker Shelly; and his brother Jerry Sheetz.
