He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Erford (Steever); his stepchildren, Lori Hoke (Kirby) of Enola and John Cohick Jr. (Polly) of Enola; his grandchildren, Chris Bittinger (Heather), Stephen Bittinger, Brandi Cobaugh and Tyler Cohick; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Lucas, Carson and Harper Bittinger; and his nieces, Michelle Roach and Karen Hawbaker.
