He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Esther (Snyder) and Eli Box; his stepfather Elsmer Gregory; his close friends, Cancun, Gary and Sandra (Frohm); his daughters, Stacey (Brian Ansell) of Enola and Courtney (Brian Cartwright) of Harrisburg; his granddaughter Bethany Ansell; his brother Ken (Janet) of South Fork, PA; his brothers-in-law, John (Linda) and Tony Frohm (Kim); and his mother-in-law Nancy Frohm. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
