She is survived by: her children, Jon Sherman (Sharon Friedler) of Philadelphia, David Sherman (Jeannette Walters) of Mechanicsburg and Susan Rider (Thomas) of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Thomas Rider, Amy (Rider), Nesbit (Derek) of Landisburg and Midora Middleton of Philadelphia; and her great grandchildren, Elyzabeth, Mercedes, Leyna, Aaliyah, Annabelle, Denni, Lily and Levi.
In lieu of flowers, Betty requested that donations be made in her memory to Hospice of Central PA, Four Diamonds, Doctors without Borders or the charity of your choice.
