He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Heilner of Enola; and his children, Charles Baker, James Baker, Jamie Swartz, Ronald Baker, Christina Lipschutz, Kenneth Heilner and Diane Grace. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
