He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Franklin and Bertha B. Shenck; his wife Carita Shenck; and his daughter Dale. He is survived by: his sons, Donald A., Barry (Lois) and Barton (Sailaja); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Rachel, Elizabeth, Sidney, Mason and Lila.
