He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Sr. and Pauline Albert; his daughter Beth Ann; and his siblings, Lester, Claire, David, Miriam and Joanna.

He is survived by: his wife Anne L. Albert; his daughter Tammy Karns; his siblings, Lewis Jr., Ray, Daniel, Kenneth, Joe, Doris, Ruthie, Mary and Sharon; his grandchildren, Rebecca Henry (Herbert), Rachael and Michael; his sisters-in-law, Lorraine and Isabel; and his nieces, Barbara, Susan, Kathleen, Elizabeth and Jennifer.
