He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Wingard and MaryAnn Wingard (McQuaid); and his brothers, David M. Wingard and Robert Wingard. He is survived by: his close friend Marion Burger of Enola; his siblings, MaryAnn Ulrich (Jake), Ray Wingard (Brenda), Brenda Myers (Steve) and Raeann Wittle; his daughters, Angie Moyer (Matt), Samantha Jo Wingard (Brian), Arissa Wingard (Cody), Siobhan Kepner (Joshua) and Caitlin Akerley; and his pets, Baby and Booboo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
