He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward D. Neff and Helen Neff (Newcomer). He is survived by: his children, David B. Neff II of Mechanicsburg, Brian E. Neff (Georgette) of Boynton Beach, FL. and Diane C. Neff (Emmanuel G. Bakalbassi) of Mechanicsburg; his sisters, Helen Seiders of Minnesota and Bernadine Templeton of Enola; and his grandchildren, Katerina, Sara and Christian.
