The memory of Arlan G. Wiest of Enola, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Wiest and Vesta Paul. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wiest; his brother Bernard Wiest of Halifax; his children, Cindy Haas, Timothy Wiest (Susan) and Scott Wiest (Michelle Darhower); his grandchildren, Danielle Haas Rhoads, Samantha Hatcher (Nate), Kylie Wiest (Ben Anderson), Cara Hoke (Steve), Jena Yankowich (Chris) and Derek Wiest; and his great grandchildren, Ava Hatcher, Drake Hatcher and Jackson Rhoads.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (6839 Wertzville Rd, Enola, PA 17025). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Because of his love for the outdoors and his lifetime membership in MSA, in lieu of flowers, please donate to Mechanicsburg Sportsmanship Association 493 Sample Bridge, Enola Pa 17025. The club uses the donations to fund their youth fishing, archery and gun programs.
