He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Bollinger and Luther Bollinger; and his son Ammon Jr.. He is survived by: his child Anna Mae; his wife Violet; and his children, Fred (Terry), Heather, Courtni, Star, Tina (Leonard), Crystal and Melinda.
