He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Neil and Florence Williamson O'Neil; his wife Carol Smith O'Neil; and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Bob O'Neill (Tracy) and Colleen Shimmel (Ben); his grandchildren, Brandon, Kayla, Kristen, Kellan, Shea and Brenden; his sister Barbara Talarico of Webster, NY; and his stepbrother Michael O'Neill of Rochester, NY.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
