She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl W. Matteson and Sarah Matteson (Heiney) of Virginia; her husband Charles R. Copp; and her brother Alfred M. Matteson. She is survived by: her children, Rickey L. Copp (Pam), Robert O. Copp (Victoria) and Wanda M. Jordan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
