We bid farewell to Twila M. Alden of Emporium, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2025 at the age of 99. Twila touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Montgomery Ludwig and Susan Lazorchak Ludwig; her husband Fred; her son-in-law Cecil "Gordon" Crofutt; her sisters, Dorothy Yazach and Grace Hathaway; and her niece Vicky Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, R. Sue Crofutt of Emporium and Linda Leavitt (Rich) of Emporium; and her grandson David Leavitt.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Barnett Funeral Home (207 E 4th St, Emporium, PA 15834). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 424 N. Broad Street, Emporium, PA 15834, or to Guy and Mary Felt Manor, 110 E. 4th St., Emporium, PA 15834.
