He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Hayden and Marie Shores Hayden; and his brother Mark Hayden. He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Chandler (Jim) of Mesa, AZ and Richard Hayden (Joanie) of Hiram, GA; his sister-in-law Cindy Hayden of Marietta, GA; and his sister Jannie Hayden-Beimel (Jim) of Murrysville, PA..
