She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Schweikart and Mae Iddings Schweikart; her grandsons, Taylor Lewis, Sebastian, Leonardo Sabatino and Isaiah Lucas; and her brother Ronald Schweikart.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Werstler (Valerie), Austin, Michael Lanphere and Christine Lucas (Norman); and her siblings, Roger Schweikart, Myrtle Baker, Nancy Williams and David Schweikart of Bellevue, NE.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
