It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose M. Moore (Emporium, Pennsylvania), born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Phyllis Wolfe Wingard; her grandparents, Earl Wingard, Alma Wingard, Henry Wolfe and Marguerite Wolfe; and her great-niece Thea Wingard.

She is survived by: her father Phillip Wingard; her daughters, Melissa Moore and Jamie Moore; and her siblings, Stephen Wingard (Mary) of St. Marys, William Wingard (Tammy) of St. Marys, Larry Wingard (Jean) of St. Marys, George Wingard (Martha) of St. Marys, Joseph Wingard (Mary Jane) of St. Marys, Donald Wingard (Cynthia) of Marion Center, Edward Wingard (Julie) of Ohio, Mary Ann Bush (Marguerite Hanes) and James Sr (Dorothy Moore.). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and -nephews; and four Godchildren.
