She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gore and Norma Stewart Gore; her husband Melvin Blessel; and her brothers-in-law, Donal Hoy and Kenneth Blessel.
She is survived by: her son Paul Blessel; and her siblings, Terry Gore (Mary), Ned Gore (Irene) of St. Mary's and Susan Hoy of Cameron. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
