He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Williams and Jeanne Demi Williams of Virginia; and his brother Donald F. Williams. He is survived by: his sister Virginia Horning (Ginger); his sister-in-law Leah Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Bob, Vicki (Platt), Scott, Kenny, Donald Horning, Barbara Ryan, Susan Delucia, Sandy Williams and Andy Williams.
